Happy Heartfelt Creations Wednesday!

My first project with Heartfelt Creations!

This is my first Wednesday being featured on the Heartfelt Creations Blog! This layout that is being shared is one I created for my semi finalist submission.

Heartfelt Creations Stamps and Dies:

This is a photo of my daughter and I taken over the summer on a photo shoot with my friend (Gina Coppolino Photography.)
I used the beautiful Basic Grey Curio Papers on this layout.  The chipboard frame is from Technique Tuesday. I used my Large Elegant Word Stamp on the frame and embossed it with a gold embossing powder. I then went over it in ink. The inner section of the frame contains strips of punching. I trimmed the punched strips very close to the design so I could layer them seamlessly.

The flowers were created using a Distress Ink and stamping on the more solid color side of one the Curio Papers. I layered the flowers and bent the petals inward and upward to give them the look of a Mum.
I also used a peach color glimmer mist for sparkle.

The leaves were also cut from the solid side of a Curio paper. They were also stamped with Distress Ink and misted with a green glimmer mist. I cut my leaves apart so that I could shape them around my flowers in a balanced manner.

My design team package should be coming any day and I can't wait to get started on my project with the newest collections!
