The Color Room #7- Spring

If you have not visited The Color Room you should hop on over there! They have some of my most favorite artists as their design team members and inspire you each week by giving you a color palette to work with! This week was a palette titled Sun Room! Such fresh spring colors! Not the typical colors I work with which is the great challenge!

Here is what I came up with!

This is a photo of my dd Bri back when she was about 4 years old. My mother used to be a great gardener and had a backyard filled with paths and perennials. This photo was taken in her backyard!
I had some Prima indeed paper left over from a past Swirlydoos kit and I did my favorite fussy cutting to make a garden. I cut the fences on my Silhouette and the big green leaves too. I misted the big prima flower with some lavender glimmer mist because the flower was pink. The other papers I had in my stash and were perfect for this color palette! The butterfly and tag are K&Co. Another use from my stash. I used my border punches in a way that would give a fencing impression. I was very tempted to run out and get the new MS iron gate border punch but held back! (Don't know how much longer I will repress that urge but won't be heading to M's today anyway!)

I just love the little fence and the whole garden theme that you did on this LO. So beautiful!
