First Reveal with Scraps of Darkness "Bon Appetit" Kit

Hello Friends! Today I am sharing my project created with the October Scraps of Darkness Kit. You can find it here. This is a beautiful kit sure to delight Halloween and Goth lovers across the globe! I have chosen to create my first page in a more elegant manner. Our kits are so versatile you know we can do that! 

 Featured here is an amazing photo by the most talented "S-T-A-R-gazer" a/k/a Sabrina T who has given me permission to use her photo. You can find her on Deviant Art right here.  I added a digi texture to the background of the photo also found on Deviant Art here.

 I was inspired by my friends Lisa Gregory to do some torn edges and I inked an misted my cardboard with Dylusions in Post Box Red and Distress Spray Stain in Peeled Paint.

 I did some masking in the background with the fabulous little distress inks we received in the kit. This one is Barn Door and I mixed it with some vintage photo I had on hand. I stamped onto transparency paper with the Prima Angel Wings set also in the kit.

 Lots of florals and a doily peeking out also masked.

Of course I had to splatter with the Blackberry Violet Acrylic Paint by Dina Wakley also in the kit. Used Vintage Photo distress ink with one of my favorite stamps by Kaisercraft called "Arty."

We received this beautiful textured ribbon in the kit. I inked it as well with Barn Door Distress Ink. The pearl flourish I had on hand.
