3rd Reveal with the Scraps of Darkness Transition Kit

Who doesn't love the colors of fall? Gorgeous and glorious in all it golden splendor! Rich russets, harmonious greens and a touch of chocolate brown...
Hot cocoa, that first lighting in the fireplace, cozy socks and pumpkin pie...

In the mood yet?

Here is a peek at our mood board and my next layout was inspired by the beauty that is displayed here~

I've achieved a great fondness for stamping and splattering. The more I do it the more masterful I become at it. I'm really enjoying the layering effect I achieve with using many different stamps and splatters. Something I used to do with lots of pattern paper but I'm getting away from that in large scale terms.

Most of these gorgeous blooms were in my kit. I added some of the smaller blue ones to pick up on the mood board. There is really just so much beautiful product in the kit I can make a ton of layouts with. If you have not heard of us before (gasp) then you can take a peek at the kit here I used one of the pattern papers for fussy cutting and snipped apart the florals and leaves.

I've got a bit of flair from UmWow Studio also included in the kit.

I also use lots of Lumiere paints. I have a new found love affair with them. Mixing them up on my chipboard, wetting a paint brush and splattering... just ask my computer screen... I really should construct a "splatter tent" to protect my technical devices from my artsy endeavors.

Oh and I'm late to the party on this one but Tim Holtz tissue tape is something I will will taking out stock on. I've used it along the bottom and top of my page torn in bits. I love how it is light and transparent as opposed to the heavier washi tape.

If you have any questions there are many ways to contact me on my menu bar. Would love to hear from you!

Until next time I hope you enjoyed my project and are having a great week! xo
