BoBunny Holiday Traditions

Hi Everyone! Today I'm up on the BoBunny blog. We are sharing designs we have created with a "Family Tradition" theme in mind. This is a photo of my girls taken at our "Breakfast with Santa" outing last year!
You know we love going out for breakfast but it's even more fun when Santa and cookie making crafts are involved!

I wanted to show how the "Elf Magic" collection could satisfy your "vintage" styling needs. I gave my page a shabby vintage feel with tearing, inking and stitching. I added two little buttons and loop closures and tucked in some of the BoBunny doilies. I colored my buttons with alcohol in a sand color to give them an aged effect.

You can't really tell from these photos but I used a gold gelato on the tree. I just rubbed in on my craft mat and spritzed it with water. Then I painted it on the tree for gold shimmery effect.

All of my poinsettia flowers were created using Heartfelt Creations Stamps . I just used black ink on the Elf Magic "Chorus" papers. Then I went over the flowers with distress ink in red and green. I rubbed some Inka Gold on the petals just here and there to spice things up.

The sparkly red leaves and gold centers to the flowers are just things I picked off Christmas Florals that you can get at Michaels. I buy them at the end of the season when they are almost free and save them for things like this!

BoBunny has some beautiful bling we like to call "Jewels." I used the "Frosting Jewels" on this page and for my little packages I cut apart the small flower and used the pieces as bows!

I also tucked in a little eyelash yarn in white to add some soft texture to the florals and give it a whispy wintery look!

Thanks so much for stopping in today! Don't forget to check out the BoBunny Blog peeps! Lot's of great inspiration from our talented team!
