I have two layouts to share today using our beautiful new kit for April
"Awakenings". Gorgeous pinks and browns from Glitz, Moxxie and Pink Paislee along with the newest Prima flowers and tiles!
My first layout is my take on Charlottes sketch for us this month.
This is a photo of my oldest daughter at birth. I LOVED the "Once Upon a Time" chipee from Fabscraps.
The flowers are from Heartfelt Creations. I used the Daisy Patch Stamps and dies. The beautiful tag, bow, tile and chipboard were in the Scraps of Elegance kit.
This next layout is a photo I took of a Mama Bird who made her little nest in the beams under our desk. She was keeping her little eggs warm and then one day we saw their little head peeking out. But that's for another day. ;)
I used my fabulous Holly McCaig digi frame set (Border effects) to get that look with the photo. The leaves are Heartfelt Creations.
The papers in this kit are just stunning! Gorgeous colors. I can't wait to get started on my next few layouts and will be sharing them soon.
