Introducing the March Scraps of Darkness Kit titled
Needful Things
This kit contains an incredibly beautiful and amazingly versatile assortment of Graphic 45 and SEI!!! I truly love each and every piece of this kit and can't wait for you to see all the beautiful work the design team has come up with this month.
My first layout is for our monthly sketch created exclusively for us by Charlotte!
At first glance you might think these papers from Graphic lean toward the funky side but I was seriously inspired to do vintage this month and dug up some photos of my grandparents.
This photo is of my sweet Grandmother who passed away 17 years ago. I can't believe all that time has gone by.
The photo is matted on a Spellbinders Die. The large Chipboard Rose is Dusty Attic that is available in the Scraps of Darkness Shoppe. I made the large flower with a Sizzix die and the smaller florals came in our kit.
My next layout is a photo of my little family taken by friend and photographer
Gina Coppolino.
This beautiful paper is SEI and I really wanted to keep the layering to a minimum because it is just so pretty.
The large flowers were created using Spellbinders Carnation Creation dies available at Heartfelt Creations. The smaller flowers and beautiful bling were in our kit and the leaves are Sizzix dies.
