Scraps of Darkness Design Team Reveal!!!

My favorite time of the month for Scraps of Darkness is Reveal Day and it's here again.

I had a wonderful time creating with this months kit "Victoriana"

Mel has done it again putting together a stunning kit of versatility! Prima, Kaisercraft and Glitz papers along with gorgeous floral collections and unique embellishments are a recipe for success!

I took my style in a different direction this month and really enjoyed using masking, mists and playful designs to create my pages.

Stop Time
This is a photo of my dd and really don't we all wish we could stop time when they are little?  I used a lot stamping on this page (Prima's build a frame stamp set),  Prima masks and misting.
Lots of fun images to fussy cut on the Prima Printery papers so I went with that to create my themes this month.

Me at 37
I don't know about you all but I really miss being in my 30's. There were a lot of things about that period that I hold dear and often wish I could revisit that time again.
I used my new Cameo to cut the fancy blue/ green circles on this page. The mistables were fun to use and I inked mine instead of misting them! More masking and inking on this layout as well.

Courage

I think of myself as a courageous person. I have to take a stand on some things in my life that have not left me in a popular position. All for the best...
I don't scrap myself that often. I need to get more decent photos of me! LOL
I used some Dusty Attic painted with perfect pearls on the chippee. I scattered the rub ons in the kit on this page in this page and love how they blend seamlessly into the layout.

My next layout is based on Suepups sketch for us this month.

Remembering

I used a vintage image for this layout. I love how cute she and kitty are! I went with a shabby chic style for this layout using the beautiful Kaisercraft papers in the kit along with my handmade flowers.

I cut the large frame with the swirls on my Cameo. The flourishes are from Cheery Lynn and the flowers are Heartfelt Creations Dies.

Don't forget to stop by Scraps of Darkness and see the kit up close and more creations from our talented design team!

These are all lovely--and you're as lovely today as you were in your 30s! Love all the elements on the lo of your young dd!
