Cherub

I have another layout to share today using the "Purple Haze" kit for November from Scraps of Darkness!
I use punches on my layouts a lot because I tend to not like clean edges. I love them on others peoples work but for me I feel incomplete if I haven't done something with the edge! This photo of my dd was taken when she was a few months old. I remember having to get under that rose blanket prop the studio had and holding her through it! LOL
I took the Zva flourishes in our kit this month and colored them with cranberry alcohol ink and then I cut them up to suit my needs. The chipboard letters were also in the kit and inked them with a raspberry cats eye ink then used glossy accents as an adhesive so I could dip them in diamond dust.
I love the Prima flower we received in our kit this month. It seemed to call for this photo. I had that Prima vine in my stash forever and it went perfectly with the flower and papers. The butterflies were provided this month from my design team sista Renea. I cut the antenneas long and colored them with a brown marker like Lisa Gregory does. (She's my idol ♥)
I covered the Dusty Attic in the white crackle paint we received in our kits and then went over it in walnut distress ink. I inked the edges with cats eye chalk in raspberry!

Thank you for taking the time to visit me today!
