Winter

I am loving this paper from Bo Bunny that was in the January kit at **Swirlydoos** The papers are just gorgeous and I can't stop myself from eating, drinking, thinking about scrapping them! Luckily (not) I live in NE where it is cold and snowy. So have lots of great photos for these wintery papers.

I just finished one for the sketch challenge over at Swirlydoos! Appropriately entitled Winter! This sketch was designed by Beggahuna!

I cut the swirls on my silhouette as well as the title. For the title I added some foam square adhesive to make it pop. I added some glitter glue and white shiny paint and glitter.

I also did something pretty cool. I layed a piece of transparency paper over  a circle and glue the purple beads to the transparency using the circle as a guide. Then when the glue dried I cut it out and used it as a circle for my layout.

I used the MS punch around the photo and added some snowflake stickers. I glimmer misted the background die cut of snowflakes as well as the chip ones. Lots of prima flowers which I added clear glitter glue to. I cut up a crystal set of flowers that were in this months kit and used them as centers!
I used a cool technique the fabulous designer Robin showed us. Using flourish images off the web and printing them. It really makes this layout I think! So glad she shared that with us!

What's really cool is this photo of my dd taken years ago at her grandparents house when she was about 3 or 4. They made the snow family but it wasn't snowing that day so I photoshopped some snow into the pic. Just got a new computer for my BDay with PSE6 and it's the only thing I learned how to create so far! ha ha!

I think your layout is GORGEOUS!! I love those papers, though I don't have any of them myself. I am a detail girl myself and love looking at others who scrap the same!
