This is a photo of my dd Bri when she was about 6 months old. I loved this outfit. It was one of my favs, especially the hat and I journaled that on the back of the card. I used the Winter Wonderland kit from ** SWIRLYDOOS**  and added just a few things from my stash. I made the large blue flower in the corner, just added a prima to the center. All I did to make this flower was cut petal shapes out of paper. I inked the edges and crumbled the paper then opened it back up. Then I just glued them down going around in a circle then adding a second layer.  I made all the little roses out of ribbon. I made the black flourish using black puffy paint. The blue swirls around the photo I cut on my Silhouette. I used Gabi P  over at MCS for inspiration the dots around my hand cut die cut layers and sort of bending in the edges of the scalloped one! Used a MS punch around the page! This is sketch 181 for a challenge over at scrapbook challenges. TFL
