Ruby Rock It

Hi Everyone!
February and March are busy birthday months for me. My kids birthdays are in these months and several of my very close friends. This means I am in birthday card making mode. You will be seeing me share a few cards this month done "Lisa Style" as I like to call it.

The Fundamentals Line of products has you covered when it comes to card making. This line includes cards and embellishments that are so beautiful they can stand alone with very little added touches on your part OR you can take it to next level and put your own signature style to it as I have done here.
I started this card off with the gorgeous Fundamentals Imprint Card. The card stock is a nice crisp white with a beautiful embossed package design.
This would work perfectly as is if that's your style. I added a few flecks of red paint to take it up a notch.

Carrying out the red theme, I added two strips of punched cardstock to my card. The Fundamentals Decoupage Pack is your answer to dimensional embellishments. The "package" and "Happy Birthday" sentiment are from that pack. I layered them and added them to my card for dimension and pop!

You can see here the bit of height those embellishments give this card. A little bit of string for texture and some stamped flowers and punched leaves to finish off the look and make it my own.
These are the perfect go to products for making a special someone a card. You can make it as quick and easy or as "fancy" as your heart desires.
Thanks for stopping by today and I hope you leave here inspired!
